The editors of Bij Ons In De Residentie on golden tips, guilty pleasures and special shops. This week: photographer Fleur Beemster
Favourite restaurant:
Set Genki Tei on School Street. A Japanese restaurant where you can cozy up in a niche and eat sushi... Cosy with a group, but also suitable for more intimate conversations.
Guilty pleasure:
Espresso Martini during coffee time...
Holidays in your own city:
I love the dunes at Westduin Park. Lovely to just cycle through and watch the Scottish highlanders, then descend on the beach and enjoy the sunset by a fire.

The best tips from designer Yvonne Oostrijk
Golden tip(s):
Stories are on the street. Personally, I always like it when a spontaneous conversation develops with people you don't immediately expect. So as a golden tip, I would say: greet your fellow residents of The Hague, and especially those with whom you feel hesitant. The best things come out of that.
Special shop:
Wine & Art on Weimarstraat. A wine shop with a surprising selection and personal touch. One time I wanted to be surprised and was given a wine from Croatia to take home. Still my favourite!
Hague nature
Although many people think they are flying rats, I quite like those seagulls. They bring life to the streets of The Hague.
Which Hague resident would you like to have/want to interview on camera again?
Singer Anouk or actor Achmed Akkabi.
