"Onconventional is what defines our proud Milanese, also Italian and international personality." Speaking is Sabina Belli, the first female CEO of Pomellato, one of the world's most famous jewellery brands.

The Sabbia collection, an ode to womanhood, is on sale at the high-end jeweller Schaap en Citroen, located in The Hague at Plaats 2. The inspiration for the designers were grains of sand shimmering in the reflection of the sun. The round shapes, small and large, depict islands with pristine sandy beaches.
Pomellato
The collection comes in three colour compositions: white, brown and black diamond. In conjunction with Pomellato's classic circle, rectangles predominate.

Sabbia bracelets
There are endless combinations: rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings in 18 carat rose gold with sparkling white, brown or black diamonds.

Jewellery house
Pino Rabolini founded the Milanese jewellery house in 1967. He was the first to introduce prêt-à-porter to the jewellery world: striking designs for today's women that could be worn day and night. Something like this was unseen in jewellery. As a result, Pomellato quickly grew into a brand that Italy, but also the rest of the world, could not ignore.
Endless combinations can be made
Milan
For years, Pomellato, with around 600 employees, has attributed an important role to the artisanal realisation of its jewellery. To do so, the company calls on around a hundred highly qualified craftsmen, including stone cutters, setters and silversmiths, all of whom work at its Milan headquarters.

Sabbia pendant from P0mellato.
Gucci
Pomellato is part of French luxury company Kering, which also has leading fashion houses like Gucci, Saint Laurent and Balenciaga in its portfolio.
