This is where you rent your dream property on Lange Voorhout
A dream for many an entrepreneur: renting a building on the Lange Voorhout. Graziosi Progetti created an interior design for number 16.
Who wouldn't want this: a workplace on the stately Lange Voorhout. And preferably a bit contemporary with the allure to match the surroundings. So a client (who wishes to remain anonymous) asked The Hague architecture and design firm Graziosi Progetti to deliver a tailor-made interior design for number 16.
Eighteenth-century period rooms
The national monument, which was completely restored and preserved inside and out, is now finished. Characteristic interior elements, such as the eighteenth-century period rooms and wooden dormer roof, which show the building's enormous history, have been preserved.
Narrow passages are finished with mirrors to draw space and light inside. There is also a communal lunch area and a well-equipped kitchen.
Those interested: around 390 sq m of office space is still available, divided between the second and third floors.
Also still for rent on Lange Voorhout: number 44 of Maasstede, developer of striking real estate. BOIDR made a video of their new project.
