Tit I want too, cried Roos Ouderdorp When they made our film of real estate developer Maasstede saw. The director of real estate agency Avenir Realty and her fanatical team are pushing hard and want to show that too. The film is currently being edited.

In our new magazine, we highlight the sustainable new-build project that Avenir Realty is overseeing: DekkersDuin in Bohemia.
Ouderdorp: "The new residents get a kind of hotel service: from meals, a maid, moving service, technical support and washing clothes to making beds and even fun activities. It is a very sustainable building (energy label A+), with a communal garden and a common room inside."
