4 x new Hague hotspots

From fluffy American pancakes to steak tartare with a twist: these are four new establishments in The Hague you have to (go and) try!

  1. @decoterie.co.uk

The Coterie's homemade 'cured' salmon

Founded by three friends with a passion for creating unique catering experiences. At De Coterie on Theresiastraat, you'll eat dishes that take their inspiration from European cuisine, prepared using traditional techniques with a modern twist. Our favourite? The steak tartare 'Filet de Coterie'. More surprising than 'your usual suspect'. Do it!

  1. @iron.kijkduin

Coming soon: IJzerbar Kijkduin. After a successful location in Hoofddorp, a second location will soon open in @nieuwkijkduin. The concept of this new catering establishment is in the name. Their menu offers, as they describe themselves, a mix of dishes rich in iron. For vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. So enjoy a wagyu steak or opt for the vegetarian version made of watermelon. We are curious!

Oysters à la Ijzer Kijkduin

  1. @rafaels.pastry

'Chocolate is the answer' is their motto. And, of course, we can do nothing but agree. This patissier and chocolatier will soon open on Fahrenheitstraat. That will be feasting on pastries, chocolate, coffee and high tea made by owners Rafael and Charlotte.

Rafael's Pastry 'Coming Soon'

  1. @mr.nonno.co.uk

Are you a real pancake fanatic? Then Mr NonNO on Stationsweg is a real dream. Here you can really go wild with the surprising flavour combinations. From Oreo crumbs, butter cream and maple syrup to chicken, barbecue sauce, young cheese and spinach. Definitely worth a try.
